101 Things in 1001 Days
Getting these posts up on time is a little bit tricky when mum is after the computer too.
Anyway I've referenced my 101 things list. It came from the Day Zero Project

Travel
1. Apply for and obtain all necessary visas for the trip Got them all - China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Australia (with a last minute dash) and my New Zealand working visa
2. Apply for and obtain casual work in New Zealand
3. Procure everything on my ‘Need for Travel List’ There were many adjustments in the run up and the only thing missing was more underwear
4. Cost out and make an itinerary for travel Well I tried to stick to the budget but budgeting for everything is impossible and making an itinerary is also impossible because you learn of new activities as you get to new places and then the exchange rate screws you over
5. Keep a travel journal or blog (get a blog) I'm keeping a travel journal and an online blog at travel blog, it is hard to keep the blog up to date because it requires too much time
6. Make playlists and choose audio books for the trip Wellll I got the audio books sorted - LOTR, Sherlock Holmes and Star Trek. There was too much to do to make up playlists
7. Take a Lord of the Rings Tour I've taken two around Hobbiton and Wellington and I still want to take more ^^
8. Try at least 10 new activities (4/10) Cooking school, scuba diving, kayaking, elephant riding
9. See a theatre show and rock band in New Zealand (0/2)
10. Make friends with and keep in touch with at least 5 new people (1/5)
11. Raise £200 for the trip sailed over it, selling PS3 and carboot sale

WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT. There is this most awesome thing called red carpet tours in New Zealand, look them up I am so tempted.
